What material are ELES jewelry made of?

ELES jewelry is made of high-quality surgical steel, gold-plated brass, natural pearls and semi-precious stones. All types of materials are listed for a specific product. We also use recycled golden bronze for making. 

 

Are the products covered by warranty?

YES. All jewelry is guaranteed for 6 moths after the buyer receives the goods.

 

How to care for jewelry?

Gold jewelry is by default more susceptible to external influences and can lose its golden color over time. The surface can fade for a variety of reasons, such as chemicals used in skin care, excessive sweating, or the skin's natural pH.

Recommendation:
Put on jewelry only after applying perfumes, creams and other cosmetic products
Avoid contact with any chemical agents
We recommend regularly polishing the jewelry with a cloth without any means
Store jewelry in a jewelry box or original cloth bag to protect it from mechanical damage.
Remove jewelry before bathing, showering, washing dishes
