What material are ELES Studio® jewellery made from?
ELES Studio® jewellery is made from gold bronze, 925/1000 purity silver, and cultivated freshwater pearls. All material types are listed for each specific product. Custom-made jewellery in 14k yellow gold can also be produced; more information can be found by emailing info@eles-studio.com or by submitting an inquiry via the contact form.
What if the ring size doesn't fit me?
You can return or exchange any jewellery from our offer for another product within 14 days. So if you choose the wrong ring size, it's not a problem to exchange it within this period.
Is there a warranty on the products?
YES. All jewellery comes with a 24-month warranty from the date the buyer receives the goods. You also receive free service for the first 6 months.
How to care for the jewellery?
To maintain the lustre of pearl jewellery, avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and harsh chemicals. After each wear, gently wipe them with a soft cloth and store them separately from other jewellery to prevent scratching.
Bronze naturally oxidises, similar to sterling silver. Due to its high copper content, bronze will oxidise over time, which can easily be resolved by polishing the jewellery with a cotton cloth, which you will receive free with every order. You can soak the jewellery in soapy water and then polish it with a cloth to restore its original colour and shine. In case of heavy patina, which appears due to long-term non-wearing or improper storage of the jewellery, we will clean and polish your jewellery to its original state.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 48 hours of order confirmation. Your money will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
